Albuquerque Public Schools just built a brand new High School, Middle School and an Elementary School within 2 miles of this home. These three schools are called the Northwest Education Corridor because they are all  located next to eachother. Among the schools is a soccer complex and a Westside YMCA.

Also, less than three miles from this home is the Westside CNM (Central New Mexico Community College) Campus. The Westside Campus is CNM's newest campus. It is located 22 miles from the Main Campus and sits on 109 acres in Ventana Ranch, about four miles west of Coors.  The Westside Campus serves the needs of many students and its enrollment continues to grow, attracting students from Rio Rancho, Taylor Ranch, Paradise Hills and Ventana Ranch communities.
