Yard
Welcome to the yard. Through the gate you'll immediately walk into a fenced in area aproximately 24x22 feet on one of the oversized side yards. This area can serve several purposes: a dogrun, a safe area for an above ground swimming pool or anything else. The sidewalk through the gate connects the front door and back yard sidewalks.
The back yard was carefully planned and prepared with a family in mind. Every feature serves a dual purpose: appealing to the eye and appealing to children. Plus the yard is very large.

The back wall is very tall. Along the full length of the wall is a 5ft tall terraced wall with automated drip irrigation on each plant. The privacy is wonderful as is but will be perfect as the trees mature.
Children will love riding their bikes and scooters or pulling wagons and pushing trucks around the 20 foot diameter sidewalk loop all day long. Small and smooth pea sized gravel fills the loop. Digging and shoveling never was so fun until now.
The loop connects to the 24x22 fenced in area and the 15x25 covered back porch.

15x25 foot covered porch. (Picture was taken in Spring and so the grass was just starting to grow back.)

Walking towards the north side yard is a sloped sidewalk beautifully lined with annuals. Children love to get a little more speed on their bikes and scooters as they cruise up and down the slope.

Both the south and north sideyards are very large. This is the north sideyard.

Part of the north sideyard was purposely left "undone". It is the perfect spot for a vegetable garden or a sand box area for children. It is about 20 x 20 ft.
